Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales/CSR to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team. You will provide information on products and services, assist with orders, and help resolve issues with a professional, confident approach.

Responsibilities include handling payments, updating records, and supporting light collections within a fast-paced environment. Local travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of office experience preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to use MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
• Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions and update customer records.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and submitted timely.
• Attend safety meetings; on-site presence required.
