Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information) or similar.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, cut wood) as needed.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
