Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment at our Albuquerque facility.

Responsibilities include handling calls, dispatching technicians, processing payroll hours, billing, and creating daily work orders. Strong HS diploma and Excel/microsoft Office skills preferred; on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent phone skills and clear communication.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills; ability to work with computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls from Crown customers and service technicians.
• Dispatch technicians and enter payroll hours.
• Process parts and service billing and create daily work orders.
• Maintain records and files; assist other departments as needed.
