Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and technical support to customers via the help desk.
• Answer general customer questions about bank products and services.
• Process Regulation E claims and inquiries; coordinate with Fraud Analysts as needed.
• Document details from calls in Synapsys; manage emails and branch requests.
