The role offers weekend pay premiums and a base rate up to $15.00/hour, with a full benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store phone/switchboard and assist customers.
• Process returns, questions, complaints, and store directions.
• Route mail and file paperwork.
• Issue Hunting and Fishing licenses.
• Cashier duties.
• Manage online orders and in-store pickups.
• Keep the Customer Service Desk clean and presentable.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
