Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking motivated associates to join our team in Rockford, IL. This role offers competitive benefits after 91 days of full-time employment and includes a weekend premium of $2.50 per hour above base pay.

Base pay goes up to $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned retailer. As part of a multi-department team, you’ll help customers, maintain store standards, and participate in loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Interact with neighbors to help find quality products.
• Create an atmosphere that invites customers to shop and return.
• Support Blain’s initiatives, rewards programs, referrals and recognition efforts.
• Provide solutions that ensure a positive shopping experience for neighbors.
