Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Customer Care Desk Associate in Wisconsin. The role involves handling the store switchboard, assisting customers with returns, questions, complaints, and guiding them around the store to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The position supports weekend shifts, plus a full benefits package after 91 days of full-time employment, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Evenings and at least every other weekend availability.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Scan returned goods and place into bins/shopping carts to return the goods to the department.
• Route mail/file paperwork.
• Issue Hunting and Fishing licenses.
• Cashier responsibilities.
• Manage incoming e-commerce orders and in-store pickups.
• Keep the Customer Service Desk clean and presentable.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
