Alight Solutions is seeking a Delivery Specialist to provide client support in a multi-client environment. Summary
The Delivery Specialist (DS) is responsible for providing day-to-day client support in a multi-client environment. This includes processing transactions, following SOPs, responding to queries, researching issues, conducting quality checks, and meeting ad-hoc requests. The DS ensures timely, quality delivery of work by meeting SLAs/RSLs and KPIs.
Detailed Responsibilities
• Execute daily tasks aligned with work requirements, adhering to audit standards.
• Provide resolutions within deadlines, document SOPs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure seamless processes.
• Research and analyze issues, formulate resolutions, and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in developing training materials.
• Communicate with clients regarding issues.
• Support testing of designated areas.
Role Complexity
• Follow established procedures and investigate issues.
• Work on limited scope projects and testing.
Discretion
• Decisions are based on skills and knowledge, not discretion and judgment.

Requirements
• Excellent English (C1 minimum).
• Excellent Russian (C1 minimum).
• Attention to detail, adaptability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Customer Service experience is a plus but not required.
