Responsibilities

• Solve internal and external customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via single point of contact using bank processes and systems.
• Coordinate assistance to resolve deposit, loan, treasury management and related issues; escalate as needed.
• Educate internal customers on processes/procedures/systems; promote cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to current customers to maintain goodwill and drive additional business.
