Wintrust Financial Corporation in Itasca, IL, offers a 12-week Retail Banking Internship from May through August. You’ll operate a teller drawer, shadow Relationship Bankers, and participate in community events, gaining hands-on experience in branch operations and customer service.
The paid internship runs 40 hours per week (with some Saturdays) and provides exposure to cross-sell opportunities, regulatory policy adherence, and everyday banking workflows across multiple Illinois locations.

The 2027 program will run for 12 weeks from May through August. 40 hours/week, Paid summer internship. Must be available to work (some) Saturdays. Positions available in Itasca, Barrington, Bloomingdale, Addison, and Wood Dale.
The hourly rate for this role is $19.00/hour.
