Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience in customer office operations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic involving additions, subtractions, multiplications and divisions of whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Successful completion of the Customer Representative training program.
• Knowledge of keyboard.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Completion of Customer Representative testing and Customer Relations Training Program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about accounts and processing.
• Make arrangements with customers concerning payment of delinquent bills.
• Secure information to answer telephone questions or arrange data from others.
• Instruct other employees and supervise workflow in the Customer Representative role.
• Overtime may be required and participation in the Emergency Restoration Program as needed.
