• Make arrangements with customers concerning payment of delinquent bills, by routine collection, telephone calls, or direct contact.
• Secure information to answer questions or arrange data provision to customers.
• Authorize field investigations or special meter readings to answer queries; supervise other staff in Customer Representative duties.
• Accept and process payments using One Step, Western Union, or Check By Phone.
