Job description

A National Energy Company is interested in hiring Customer Service Representatives to their team in a fully remote capacity. These positions are looking for candidates with experience in Call Center Environments. Description + Answer incoming customer telephone calls and log all calls + Work across multiple programs and phone lines and ability to transfer calls + Promote participation in energy efficiency programs that the customer may qualify for + Address and resolve customer inquiries, regarding products, services, billing, etc. + Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of customer service + Address and resolve customer complaints and make recommendations + Make outgoing calls to customers for scheduling appointments, taking surveys, and promoting a program offering to a qualifying customer + Follow-up on customer calls not immediately resolved + More duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications + High School diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of previous customer service experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
