Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Courtesy Clerk in Blue Springs to assist customers from the register to their car, keep aisles clean, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This hourly role may require night and weekend shifts and includes on-the-job training.

You will greet customers, assist with bagging, stock shelves, and support other departments as needed, all while upholding Hy-Vee policies and safety standards. Previous experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist where needed.
• Package purchases and help transport to customers.
• Keep store clean, stocked and welcoming.
• Stock, rotate merchandise and check shelf tags.
• Assist in other departments as needed within wage guidelines.
• Support training of new courtesy clerks.
