We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team.

Pay for this role is $15.50/hr

Basic Qualifications:
  • 6 months experience in an office environment
  • 6 months experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • 6 months experience working from home
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls from members regarding payments, policy information, or claims, requiring knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies
  • Maintain a designated quiet area for calls while working from home
  • Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards
  • Manage between 75 to 100 calls daily
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve questions and issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services, and processes
  • Collaborate with management and team members to address service issues
  • Have 6 months of experience requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
  • Possess 6 months of experience in effective oral and written communication in a professional setting

Additional requirements include having a working device (cell phone or tablet) for 2-Factor Authentication, successfully completing call center training, passing a drug screen, background check, education, and employment verification.

Schedule availability: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT; rotating Saturday mornings 8:00 am - 12:00 pm CT.
