Job Opportunity: Customer Care Associate

NTT DATA is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska, US. Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • At least 6 months of experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
  • At least 6 months of experience working from home
  • High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls from members regarding payments, policy information, or claims, requiring knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies
  • Work from a designated quiet area at home
  • Provide frontline customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal staff
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards
  • Manage approximately 75 to 100 calls daily
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the insurance industry and our products and services
  • Collaborate with management and team members to proactively address service concerns
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in your work
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written forms within a professional setting

Additional requirements include having a working device for 2-Factor Authentication, successfully completing our Call Center training, passing a drug screening, and background checks including education and employment verification.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time, with rotating Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
