We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Customer Care Associate Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer care to Life Insurance policyholders, agents, and other customers.
  • Handling inquiries about payments, policy information, or claims for life insurance and annuity products.
  • Providing front-line phone support to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meeting service metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of the insurance industry and all related products and services.
  • Managing 75 to 100 calls per day, communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Collaborating with management and team members to proactively address issues.
  • Maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of remote customer service experience (WAH).
  • 1 year of experience working in an office setting, multitasking across multiple Microsoft Windows applications.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must reside in the Continental United States.
  • Must have a working device for 2-Factor Authentication.
  • Successful completion of our Call Center training and proficiency demonstration.
  • Pass drug screening and background checks, including education and employment verification.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time; Saturday shifts may be required.
  • Pay rate: $20.00/hr.

Remote Work and Technology Requirements:

  • Company will provide a computer and headset.
  • Employees must maintain a dedicated, professional workspace with minimal distractions.
  • High-speed internet (≥50 Mbps) with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required.
  • Adherence to all technical support protocols is mandatory.

Additional Notes:

  • Chronic connectivity issues may result in transitioning to onsite work.
  • Employees must notify management before relocating their work location.
