What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service

What You Will Be Doing

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate medical supplies and products based on their needs
• Provide detailed information about product features and usage instructions
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit card, and insurance payments securely and in compliance with company policies
• Ensure that shelves and displays are clean, tidy, and well-maintained

Location

• 5863 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Weekend rotation at U of M Hospital:
• Once a month Saturday or Sunday from 10 AM - 3 PM
• Will have 1 weekday off if scheduled for the weekend
