POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities
• Demonstrate an understanding of modalities offered at each location and hours of operation
• Modalities include Mammography, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds and more
• Comfortable with communication between patients, clinical offices, and physicians
• Knowledge of medical insurance and patient demographics preferred
• Hybrid schedule

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner
• Knowledge of radiologic modalities preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi‑task

COMPENSATION

The hourly range for this position is $19–$25. Final determinations may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
