Job summary

Jefferson Radiology in Connecticut is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to coordinate patient appointments across multiple offices and modalities. This role operates in a call-center environment and serves as the primary contact for patients and referring physicians, ensuring professional and friendly service.

You will work with modalities including Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and Nuclear Medicine, and should have experience with scheduling or medical billing software, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred.
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner.
• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $18-$24.
