Job summary

Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in Connecticut, seeks a dedicated medical support professional to assist patients before Radiology exams and procedures. You will verify patient histories and discuss protocols, while supporting Interventional Radiology, MRI, and CT procedures.

Position Summary:

• Provide superior support and assistance to patients as they prepare for various Radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures

• Assistance with MRI and CT examinations

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Certified Medical Assistance, LPN, or EMT preferred
• CPR (BLS), required
• 2+ years of prior medical office experience
• For Interventional Radiology procedures, surgical office/hospital setting experience highly preferred
• For MRI and CT examinations, must demonstrate an understanding of MRI and CT procedures

COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS

The hourly range for this position is$19.00-$27.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications,geographic locationetc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
