Job description

  • Act as the bridge between customers and Nelbud , ensuring their needs are met, improving the customer experience, and upselling the customer base. The Customer Care Advocate represents the voice of the customer within the company and advocates for their needs through relationship management, proactive support, product education, and feedback collection.
  • This is a remote position with expected working hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST.

What will the Customer Care Advocate do?

  • Represent Nelbud in a positive and professional manner
  • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company sales and retention goals
  • Upsell existing customers with additional products and services
  • Resell previously lost customers and sites - Lead, monitor, and report and resale results
  • Drive the onboarding process and the "First Touch" customer experience for selected new customers with significant business value or various complexities
  • Conduct post-sale interviews and surveys to assess customer satisfaction and lead initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Requirements for this role :

  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce
  • Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, KPI's, and reports
  • Proficient in programs such as Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • BS / BA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred, or 5 years of proven (preferably recent) relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales
  • Must have experience working in customer care or customer service, with coordination between sales and operations departments
