Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide forms and information to requests and support online training questions.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls; monitor voicemails and faxes.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies and follow opening/closing procedures.
