Job summary

This non-exempt role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication; you will support operations, maintain records, and collaborate with internal staff to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oldcastle products to efficiently support customer requests.
• Perform administrative duties for all steps of the department.
• Answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support operations by organizing and implementing administrative systems.
• Maintain timely and orderly records such as daily receipts, files, and employee records.
• Respond to and investigate customer inquiries via phone, fax, mail, and email promptly.
• Document all contacts, actions, and responses in the customer database.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
