Job summary

ScentAir is seeking a customer care specialist to deliver exceptional service across CRM channels and support the full customer lifecycle. You will assist with account setup, shipping validations, and transactional activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role includes AR duties, contract maintenance, and reporting responsibilities, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring accurate client onboarding and communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience managing account relationships and customer data.
• Strong Excel and overall MS Office skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across CRM channels and lifecycle.
• Assist with account creation, shipment validation, tracking, and admin tasks.
• Handle customer requests, research issues, and prepare reports.
• Perform AR tasks including payment processing and past-due collections.
• Maintain customer records, RMAs, contracts, and shipping activities.
