Job summary

ScentAir Technologies, LLC is seeking a results-oriented Customer Care professional to deliver exceptional service across the customer lifecycle. The role focuses on accurate communication, account setup, shipments, and proactive accounts receivable activities to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include CRM engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining contracts and documentation while supporting multiple departments in a hybrid office environment in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience managing account relationships.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills; proficient with Office.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in CRM activities, customer touchpoints, phone, email, and lifecycle communication.
• Assist with account creation, shipment validations, tracking, and general operations.
• Handle customer requests, research, and prepare management reports and spreadsheets.
• Perform accounts receivable activities including payment processing, collections, and invoicing inquiries.
• Maintain existing customer records including scent changes, RMAs, contracts, and shipping activities.
• Prepare, distribute, and track forms and documentation for accounts and business needs.
• Monitor accounts through their lifecycle and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and share activity updates and adherence to procedures.
• Support other departments and build relationships during the customer lifecycle.
