Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a Teller to provide world-class customer service by handling transactions accurately and efficiently. You will balance daily transactions, process cash and non-cash items, and be the face of the bank to customers.

You will develop client relationships, recognize customer needs, and refer to bankers for further financial solutions, complying with banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to interface with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window and handle transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer daily and meet daily goals.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to upsell where appropriate.
