• Participate in referral programs to support branch growth and sales.
• Balance cash drawer within set limits and procedures.
• Provide exceptional service in person and by phone, resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services and regulations to assist customers.
• Identify and prevent fraud by following security procedures and policies.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable regulations.
