Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker based in Alexandria, Virginia. This in-office role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base, driving proactive sales, and delivering a differentiated customer experience to grow wallet share.

Candidates will engage in lobby activities, educate customers on managing finances with technology, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to meet customer needs. Base salary ranges from $49,500 to $82,500 with incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
