Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with customers enthusiastically.
• Experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
• Ability to learn and use multiple banking software programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.
• One year of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding their financial needs and recommended products.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process transactions promptly and accurately.
• Participate in training to apply knowledge and build relationships with customers.
