Job summary

You will identify sales opportunities, refer customers to appropriate products, and help maintain data quality in branch systems. The role emphasizes adherence to bank policies, risk management and regulatory standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in banking or related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions and account servicing.
• Promote bank products and services through referrals and upsell when possible.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain customer data and referrals in branch systems.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory procedures.
