• Coordinate product conversions with engineering/manufacturing.
• Follow-up with customers to resolve problems and answer questions.

Skills

Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Windows

Strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively prioritize and plan out work activities

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s Degree Preferred
