Job summary

Safelite, in partnership with Belron, offers an Early Career program to develop analytics and leadership skills through curated experiences and rotations in Marketing & Customer Experience. You will gain experience analyzing customer behavior, marketing performance, and business trends to drive growth and improve experiences.

Participants will build analytical, storytelling, and leadership capabilities, with exposure to senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience in Business Analytics.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day tasks and projects within the team.
• Collaborate with internal associates across rotations.
• Identify efficiencies on each rotation and contribute improvements.
• Analyze tasks and processes to support business objectives.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop project strategy and research business problems.
