Job summary

Unilever in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager – Customer Analytics to act as a finance partner to Customer Development and Foods BU, delivering robust financial analysis, trade terms spend management, and customer-level profitability insights.

You will forecast, analyze trade investments, support PBCS processes, and provide visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities to guide resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Customer Development Finance, or a related analytical finance role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with planning, reporting, or analytics tools such as Evergreen, SASS, Pigment, PBCS, SAP, or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade Investment Decision Support: support trade investment decisions, scenario planning, ROI evaluations, and strategic guidance.
• Trade Spend Management & Governance: review trade budgets, optimize spend, and track compliance to annual agreements.
• Forecasting, Reporting & Financial Control: prepare trade accruals, forecasts, and customer P&Ls; support month-end close.
