Position Summary

The Legal Customer Advocacy Program Specialist will provide dedicated support to Thomson Reuters' Customer Advocacy Program during a period of accelerated growth and high-priority launches in H2 2026. This role will help source, activate, and support customer advocates while increasing the volume and speed of customer-focused content creation across strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and communications initiatives.

Working closely with the Customer Advocacy team, Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and campaign stakeholders, the Customer Advocacy Program Specialist will help transform customer success stories into scalable marketing assets that drive credibility, engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Content Creation & Production

Create customer advocacy assets, including case studies, win announcements, social content, and sales materials.

Schedule and support customer and stakeholder interviews.

Draft content using approved templates and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage reviews, approvals, and publication timelines.

Repurpose customer content across multiple channels and formats.

Advocate Activation & Engagement

Support outreach and activation of customer advocates for key business priorities.

Track advocate availability, participation history, and opportunities within advocacy platforms and program tool.

Help manage customer communications and ensure a positive advocate experience.

Launch & Campaign Support

Support priority campaigns and product launches with customer proof points and advocacy assets.

Partner with Product Marketing teams to identify advocacy opportunities aligned to strategic initiatives.

Coordinate customer advocacy promotion across social-media channels.

Coordinate deliverables across internal stakeholders, agencies, and customers to meet program deadlines.

Program Operations

Manage intake and tracking of customer advocacy requests.

Maintain project plans and content status reports.

Support reporting on content production, advocate engagement, and campaign utilization.

Help organize and maintain customer advocacy assets and documentation.

Qualifications
Required

3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, communications, content marketing, customer advocacy, or related fields.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience creating B2B customer success stories, case studies, or testimonials.

Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or professional-services marketing.

Experience using AI tools to accelerate content development and production.

They have a keen eye for compelling customer stories, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, advocacy programs, or content development is preferred.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.85-$38.85/hr USD.
