About The Role

The Customer Administrative Specialist plays a key support role within our strategic civilian sales team. This remote position focuses on customer outreach, order processing, lead generation, and sales support across the Midwest region. Working under the guidance of sales leadership, you’ll support revenue retention and growth efforts across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to develop and expand a portfolio of customers
  • Accept and process orders, maintain accurate customer records, and complete necessary documentation
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads while recording prospecting activity in Salesforce
  • Inform customers about new products, services, and pricing updates
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Accurint and communicate platform features and pricing
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Team Lead to support account and territory initiatives
  • Represent assigned product lines, sometimes overlapping with other sales teams
  • Maintain professional communication and a strong understanding of internal systems and tools

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of sales and account management principles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ability to use other internal systems efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical information
  • Proven ability to work independently and self-manage tasks
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities
  • Demonstrated work ethic and adaptability in changing situations
