What You Will Do In This Role
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective business and fleet customers using leads provided through approved lead-generation and marketing channels.
- Engage business owners, fleet managers, procurement contacts, and other potential decision-makers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
- Conduct effective discovery conversations to identify customer needs, purchasing timelines, fleet requirements, and potential sales opportunities.
- Qualify prospects using agreed-upon client and Concentrix qualification criteria.
- Educate prospective customers at a high level regarding relevant client commercial/fleet vehicle solutions and available next steps.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective B2B customers.
- Identify and develop sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for handoff to the appropriate dealership or sales resource.
- Ensure qualified opportunities are transferred with accurate and complete information to support effective sales follow-up.
- Conduct appropriate follow-up and lead-nurturing activities for prospects who are not immediately ready for sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, qualification information, disposition, follow-up activities, and outcomes within designated CRM and client systems.
- Manage assigned leads and opportunities in accordance with established service levels, processes, and productivity expectations.
- Partner with client, Concentrix, marketing, and other program stakeholders as appropriate to support lead quality and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in required training, coaching, calibration, and certification activities.
- Provide feedback regarding lead quality, customer responses, common objections, market trends, and opportunities to improve the sales process.
- Meet established quality, productivity, conversion, and performance expectations as defined for the program.
- Maintain compliance with Concentrix and client policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and applicable data security standards.

Your Qualifications
- 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
- Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience or willingness to work from home
- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, account development, or a related customer-facing sales role.
- Experience conducting outbound calls and engaging prospective business customers.
- B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
- Experience identifying customer needs through discovery and qualifying potential sales opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, managers, procurement contacts, and other decision-makers.
- Strong questioning, active-listening, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate value and generate customer interest without relying solely on scripted interactions.
- Experience working with CRM, lead-management, or sales-tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and activities simultaneously.
- Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Comfortable working within established sales goals, KPIs, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
- Ability to learn new products, systems, processes, and industry terminology quickly.
