Job summary

BizLink Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to serve as the primary interface between business customers and internal production teams. You will own the full order-to-delivery lifecycle and drive high On-Time Delivery in a high-volume, low-mix manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP proficiency, adept coordination across Purchasing, Manufacturing, QC, and Engineering, and clear communications with customers using Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or supply chain (manufacturing background preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (data filtering, formulas, reporting).
• Proficiency in SAP for order processing and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support and maintain strong relationships with business customers; manage end-to-end account lifecycle from RFQ to delivery.
• Process daily purchase orders in SAP, manage order changes, cancellations, and status updates.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality, and Engineering to monitor milestones and ensure material availability aligns with schedules.
• Provide regular customer updates on order status and potential delivery risks using Google Workspace to track and share data.
• Coordinate daily shipments, track logistics data, and maintain records of shipments and delivery history.
• Lead resolution of bottlenecks, manage RMA processes with Quality and Finance teams, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Use Google Sheets to analyze data and generate weekly reports for stakeholders.
