The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with on-site work at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton. You will coordinate customer accounts, manage production schedules, review orders, and support pricing and RFPs while partnering with manufacturing for timely material planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account coordination experience.
• Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Printing, publishing, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer accounts and detailed job plans.
• Manage production schedules, order updates, and timelines.
• Review purchase orders and support order entry.
• Partner with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling.
• Communicate customer expectations and project updates.
• Support Sales with pricing, estimates, and RFP requests.
• Help drive quality, accuracy, and process improvements.
