Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Customer Account Specialist 2 (Finance) in Appleton, WI. Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with on-site work at N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton. You will coordinate customer accounts, manage production schedules, review orders, and support pricing and RFPs while partnering with manufacturing for timely material planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or account coordination experience.
• Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Printing, publishing, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
