Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to grow in account management, sales, and operations. You will build relationships with customers, collaborate with internal teams, and learn our Navisphere platform to manage shipments while developing your skills.

Starting with comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, this role offers in-person collaboration four days a week with one remote day, and multiple internal career paths within the company.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous Customer Engagement Experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)

Compensation

Compensation Range $17.31 - $36.04 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
