Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to grow with our team. You’ll build relationships with customers, collaborate with internal groups, and advance in operations, sales, and account management through our onboarding and hands-on training.

You’ll engage with peers in-office four days a week with one remote day, using Navisphere to generate reports and analyze load data to meet client needs and drive results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer engagement experience desirable.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous Customer Engagement Experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)

Compensation Range

$17.31 - $36.04
