Job summary

Silgan White Cap in New Castle, PA is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for a full-time, on-site role to manage daily information flow for a portfolio of Fortune 500 food manufacturers, and to process orders while supporting the supply chain from warehouse to order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with account managers to collect and report sales data, monitor customer accounts, and assist AP/AR to ensure payments are up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office.

What you'll do:

• Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
• Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.
• Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.
• Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

You'll need to have:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management
