Job summary

Silgan Closures in New Castle, PA is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Account Specialist to manage daily information flow for a portfolio of Fortune 500 food manufacturers and to process orders from warehouse to order fulfillment.

You will collaborate with account managers to collect and report sales data, monitor accounts payable/receivable, and help ensure timely payments, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a path for growth in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (minimum).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
• Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.
• Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.
• Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

You'll need to have:
