A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in our stores and customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, while keeping vehicles clean and maintained
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized, clean merchandise, refurbishing items to like-new condition, and keeping the showroom tidy

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

This role requires active movement, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting heavy items, while adhering to safety guidelines.

This is a full-time position, with hours Monday through Saturday, store open to close, Sundays off, and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
