Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences through "white glove" service in stores and at customers' homes, and secure new rental orders via phone and on the sales floor.
2. Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, maintain vehicles, and follow handling procedures.
3. Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, maintain cleanliness, and refurbish merchandise to like-new condition.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift/move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands
