A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, at customers' homes, and over the phone. Obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, follow handling procedures, and maintain vehicles.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean, refurbish merchandise, and maintain showroom appearance.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
