A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Offer friendly, top-notch service through in-store and in-home interactions, and obtain new rental orders via sales floor and phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load, unload, and install products, maintaining vehicles and following handling procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean, refurbish merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (you will drive company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical demands: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and lift heavy items regularly, following safety guidelines.
