What will you do? Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, while maintaining vehicles.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness, refurbish merchandise, and keep the showroom tidy.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands: The role involves standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy items, and adhering to safety guidelines.
