Description

The Customer Account Representative will be the point of contact for assigned outside Sales Representatives and their customer portfolio.

Maintain current customer relationships and support sales representatives.

Communicate order status to customers, including backorder information, blanket order status, and future order confirmations.

Ensure new purchase orders and blanket orders from customers align with company policy, and resolve discrepancies between customer requests and policies.

The objective of this position is to facilitate the sales process, making transactions easier for both the sales team and customers, while adhering to guidelines and procedures.

Provide proper documentation and certifications related to transactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.04/hr.
